Endemol Shine Boomdog, a Banijay Americas company, has been certified and ranked by Great Place To Work® as one of the best companies to work for in Mexico in 2024. This marks the second consecutive year that they have received this recognition. 

As the largest entertainment production company in Mexico and the U.S. Hispanic market, Endemol Shine Boomdog placed 16th among multinational companies with 50 to 500 employees. This represents a significant improvement from its 34th ranking in the same category the previous year.

The company’s commitment to respect, employee well-being, and a positive work environment contributed to its high ranking. Employees praised the flexibility to work from home, the pet-friendly environment, and various benefits and perks. The final national and sector-specific rankings will be disclosed by Great Place to Work® at a later date.
